Action/Outcomes: Saralinda Jackson and Michael Jackson shared an awesome presentation of their trip to several states from a historical perspective with pictur.es of landmarks and family. Here is a link to their awesome presentation
TOPIC: Rotary International Wheelchair Project
Discussion: All member participation
Action/Outcomes: Spectacular show of gift giving and donations by our club members of 16 wheelchairs with matching funds totaling $1,200 (one thousand two hundred dollars) for individuals who have limited to no mobility without the gift of a wheelchair in the country of Mexico. More donations are still sought from our club members and friends. The mission of the Rotary International Foundation is to bring mobility, freedom, dignity and hope all over the world, one wheelchair at a time.
TOPIC: Volunteer Work with the Church - meals for the disadvantaged and working with our youth partners

Action/Outcomes: Last Friday member Jeff Trowbridge continued our ongoing volunteer work with College Avenue Presbytarian church’s meal program for the disadvantaged.
TOPIC: Welcome to a visitor
Discussion: Laniece Jones from Peralta College Foundation
Action/Outcomes: A guest of Dr. Bill Riley. Who announced a golf tournament and tribute to Dr Riley that will be held at our meeting site, Sequoia Golf Course in October. Our club members introduced themselves and gave a warm welcome to Ms. Jones.
